There is no set rotation time; each item will be available in the catalogue for a minimum of 48 hours before the possibility of rotation comes into play. 

Note: You must actually own the badges to be eligible. Buying the furniture from other players once they have left the catalogue doesn't count. 

If you're caught boosting this on multiple accounts, you will lose the chance to be given a reward entirely.
