This is a weekly article contest where you get to create a form of pixel art according to the weekly theme. This is the place for all gfx, badges, room ads, custom avatar art, custom furni, and anything pixel art related, where you can showcase your creativity!

We are VERY excited to announce the Top 3 contestants to the Habboon Fashion Design Competition! Thank you to everyone who voted!

But! Before we do, here is a brief overview of the Habboon Fashion Design Competition for those who don’t know what it is:

You’ve asked for it, and we’re giving it to you! ;)

That’s right! We are hosting a Fashion Design Competition with the 1st place winner’s submission being uploaded onto the hotel for all users to wear and admire! 

Now, how will this be one month long you ask?

 Pixel by Pixel #41 & 42: We will be accepting submissions for the next 2 weeks (Next week’s post will be a reminder that you have one week left to submit!)

 Pixel by Pixel #43: cookie and els will narrow down the top 10 submissions and post the top 10! Users will be able to vote for their top 5 favorite custom clothing!

 Pixel by Pixel #44: The top 5 submissions with the most votes will be posted up! We will from this point continue normal Pixel by Pixel themes but the competition will still be going!

 Pixel by Pixel #45: cookie and els will narrow down the top 5 submissions to a top 3. Users will be able to vote which of the top 3 they would like to see the most in the hotel, however, cookie and els will have the final decision as to who is 1st, 2nd and 3rd. We will strongly be taking into consideration people’s votes though! This is an event for you, so we want to give you what you want!

 Pixel by Pixel #46: Winner is announced! 

 Pixel by Pixel #50: Winning submission will be uploaded to the hotel to celebrate Pixel by Pixel’s 50th article!

1. Original work only. We will be checking every artwork as they are submitted. If plagiarism is found you will be banned from entering the competition and banned from entering any future Pixel by Pixel articles/events.

2. Create one piece of clothing. You can make hair, clothing, any type of accessories. If it’s wearable, you can submit it!

3. Poor quality images will not be judged.

4. Your design needs to be in scale. 

 

 

Please download the avatar templates for your design.

5. You must submit your piece through an imgur or tumblr link.

6. Only one entry per person, so please don’t use any alts or we will have to disqualify both the alt and the main avatar.

Since this is a BIG competition, we will be giving BIG prizes! These prizes will be given to the top 3 submissions of the competition:

 Submission uploaded to the hotel, 1000 diamonds, 50,000 credits

 750 diamonds, 40,000 credits

 500 diamonds, 30,000 credits

The top 5 contestants and users can view the graded rubrics under the WINNERS subheader!

Before voting, please read the guidelines below. Thank you.

 If we catch anyone or are made aware of anyone begging/asking for votes, you will be disqualified from the competition.

 If you are caught using alts to vote for yourself, you will be disqualified from the competition.

 If anyone is caught using alts to vote multiple times for the same person, their votes will be removed.

 

NOTE: You aren’t voting for the winner! The top voted person’s submission WILL be taken HIGHLY into consideration when els and cookie will pick the winner of the competition.

We are back on our regular weekly theme schedule!

Our first theme back on schedule is: 

DESIGN AN ACCESSORY TO MATCH ONE OF THE TOP 3 CONTESTANTS SUBMISSIONS!

That’s right! Design a matching accessory to either doll’s, tintin’s, or ewz’ submissions! An accessory can be a hat, a head accessory, a torso accessory, a lower body accessory, or shoes! Whatever you want! 

Prizes for winners remain the same as our past articles and will be posted in the next article!

We can’t wait to see what you come up with! 

All votes & submissions must be submitted by AUGUST 17TH, 2021 12:00 A.M CST.

Results are released shortly after voting is closed or as soon as possible.

Our next Pixel by Pixel Events date is TBA!

Once (or more) a month, we will be hosting events in our own Pixel by Pixel themed events room. We will, of course, keep you informed of when we will be hosting through our weekly article.

Once a month we will have a badge gfx specific theme. The first place winner’s badge will be the badge given out as a prize at these events! We can’t wait to see you all soon!
