This week we’re shouting out Habboon Connect!

Connect is a Habboon fansite focusing solely on the community - bringing the hotel together on Discord (and now our brand new website!) While our Discord server is the hub for chit chat and discussion on all things Habboon, their new site is a hub and source of Habboon news, guides, and Connect announcements. Connect officially opened to the public on the 1st of January 2020.

We asked Fansite Owner 326 a few questions about their fansite ….

linds: What made you want to start Connect?

326: Before Connect, it had been a good 2 years since fansites had been on the hotel. I wanted to start a stable fansite community that gave back to the players, and I think we've done a really good job over the last year or so!

devi: What is your favorite part of Connect?

326: How tight-knit and welcoming the members of our community are. We welcome everyone on the hotel and we're active all throughout the day in our Discord server, so if you ever want to meet new people, our server is the place to do that :D

A reader asks, "How do you handle stage fright or fear of crowd?..."

linds: from someone who’s been on the stage a lot, it’s just a lot of practice and imagining there isn’t a crowd!

devi: This is something completely normal to be afraid of! Don't think about who is in front of you and be sure to calm yourself down before you go on stage. You got this :)

A reader asks, "What are some ways that you can earn respect from others?..."

linds: being trustworthy to them and always there for them when needed

devi: When I was in elementary school there used to be a cat poster that said "Treat others how you want to be treated" in the hallway. It's something I've always remembered and believe that everyone should follow. Be honest and don't go behind people's backs.
