Are you intrigued to find out What’s Happening on Habboon? Well, you’re in the right place - this bi-weekly article will cover all things Habboon and more! Stay tuned to find out more about the hotel, albeit rare rotations or staffing updates!

This is a section where we place a highlight on a segment of the hotel. These can either be individual users who deserve to be recognised for their kindness across the hotel, for being a good friend or an excellent event player.

This week, we’re placing a spotlight on boyband nominated by shan!

boyband has been on Habboon since 2017. He has been very active on Habboon by hanging out with friends, playing mixed events, and participating in quests!

We asked a few questions to boyband about what it’s like being a part of this community!

Question: You've been playing a lot of mixed events, so what's your favorite among the games you played and why?

boyband: Well I think the answer to this question might be obvious to anyone who comes to events! My favourite games is GKR (general knowledge races) and i love it because I love to challenge my own knowledge and it's a fun way to do it with some great competition from other booners!

Question: What has been your favourite experience on habboon so far & is there anything in the future which you're looking forward to?

boyband: My favourite experience on boon so far.... that's a tough one. Sounds really cheesy but I've met a lot of cool people on here who I can call friends and have a good bond with, so it's gotta be my experience of being with them. In the future I am looking forward to boon's community growing and hopefully meeting more chill people to pass the time with on here. And of course I am looking forward to seeing what the GOTW leaderboard looks like at the end of this week :D!

kie: What an infectious song this is! Not my style of music usually, but the hip-hop beats really add to this track & elevate it to something that I actually didn’t mind listening to! I enjoyed the rap element of the song - would recommend this to anyone whose into this style of music!

pat: I’ve heard of this before whenever I’m in restaurants or shops. It is honestly not my type of music, however I like the beat that after a few replays, it’s like it’s already in your head playing. This can be a good addition to my playlist whenever I want to feel pumped. If you guys like this type of music, go ahead and listen to it.

One user has asked: ‘How do you push through your worst times?’

kie: Honest answer is through food… However, on a more serious note - I’m not afraid to admit that I have a therapist who I speak to when I’m at my worst, and also have a close connection with my mum who will always listen to me and support me through the worst.

Fingers crossed you can get through your worst, don’t be afraid to speak up!

pat: Personally, my solution is that I just simply try to go outside and try to forget that nothing happened, just walking, going to malls, etc. I also just play games and do some chores to keep my mind busy. Eventually, all of the struggles I’m facing will at least be gone in my mind for a while. Whatever is happening to you right now, it’s okay and it will get better in the future. Remember that life has ups and downs, it's not the end of the world.
