What are Snowflakes?

Snowflakes, not what Boomers call Gen Zers who get offended, are a seasonal currency that arrives on Habboon every festive period. Unlike our other currencies, they're multiple methods to earn Snowflakes and multiple ways to spend them. Make sure to spend your snowflakes before the end of festive period, otherwise you'll risk losing them and having nothing to show for it!

How do I earn Snowflakes?

Snowflakes are earned through multiple ways:

• Activity: By just playing Habboon, you will manage to earn snowflakes through the day. While there will be a limit on snowflakes earned through activity, make sure to get the most out of your time on Habboon by staying active. We usually look down upon automated methods of earning activity snowflakes and will make sure the correct procedures are in place to prevent unneccesary earning. 
• GOTW Points: When winning GOTW points in the hotel alerted events, you'll get your usual bundle of points + diamonds, but now you'll receive snowflakes too. The amount will be randomized from a predefined range.
• Snow Puffs: Populated public rooms will have a chance of dropping snow puffs which will earn you snowflakes if you're the first user to find and walk on top of them. Make sure to be quick as other users will be competing to earn snowflakes from these too.
• Santa Bot: Santa Bot explores the hotel at random and will visit the users who have made the nice list! Make sure to be extra nice if you want to see a visit from Santa where you might have a chance of earning snowflakes.
• Advent: You have the chance to win some snowflakes in your daily advent calandar which can be found on hotel view.
• Articles: Several articles will be rolling out snowflake prizes over the coming festive season. Make sure to enter these articles if you want a chance of winning some snowflakes for the article.
• Events: Other events, not the GOTW/EHA events, will also be giving out snowflakes - hosted by staff. We'll make sure to notify users when we're running these special events.

How do I spend Snowflakes?

Snowflakes can be spent through several ways:

• Snowflake Clothing: Snowflake clothing can be found in the snowflake store and will rotate, alongside the other snowflake store pages, and can be purchased with snowflakes.
• Snowflake Rares: Both normal and NFT/LTD rares will be available through the snowflake store and its rotations. Keep an eye out.
• Badge Store: There will be a rotating badge store which you can spend your snowflakes on too! Rejoice!

Feel free to gamble your Snowflakes by spending/saving them. You never know, that clothing item might not return in the rotation.
